Zack Hamilton is Principal and Global Head of Retail Experience at Medallia – a pioneer and market leader in Experience Management. By using his 10+ years of retail experience, Zack actively advises executive leaders at more than 200 retail brands across the world who utilize Medallia for their customer and employee experience partners. Some of these brands include Macy’s, The Home Depot, Sephora, Pandora Jewelers, COACH, Ferragamo, Valentino, and Versace.
Prior to joining Medallia, Zack was the Head of Customer Experience & Sales Strategy for a North American retailer. Zack led customer experience strategy, customer service operations, and sales strategy by focusing on “building for their customers, by their customers.” He understands the dynamic nature of customer & employee experience within omnichannel organizations and how to utilize customer & employee feedback to innovate, drive digital transformation, scale initiatives across 1,700+ retail stores, and lead cross-department teams.
