Erin Baute is an enneagram expert, leadership coach, and behaviorist who’s spent more than 20 years in director positions and in support of leaders who are ready to up-level their businesses, teams, and ultimately their lives.

She has been studying and working in the field of behavior change for over 20 years.

Erin has a bachelor’s degree in Human Development, Master’s in Public Health and is finishing her Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology, with a focus on personality as a framework for coaching and development.

Erin has been studying and using the Enneagram for 12 years and is a Certified Enneagram Teacher and Trainer, as well as an Accredited Enneagram Professional from the International Enneagram Association.
