Cynthia D. Culbreath, SPHR, CDP, is the CEO of A Wonderful Change Consulting and Co-Founder of the Business Action Alliance, Inc.  She is a “double jacket” graduate of Georgia Tech with a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering and a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering with a Minor in Human Integrated Systems.

Cynthia has over 25 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, and human resources at Fortune 50 companies as well as serving non-profits as a volunteer, program coordinator, and leader. 

Cynthia has won several awards for innovative and impactful youth programs and has been recognized as an exemplary coach, trainer, and mentor. She currently serves as President-Elect of the Georgia Tech Black Alumni Organization and Leadership Development Chair for Phi Pi Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. 

Cynthia’s mission is to spark positive transformations in individuals and organizations that help them deliver sustainable outcomes to reach their definition of success.
