Episode 50: Dr. Natasha Ganem – Courage to Change Course

Natasha Ganem is founder and director of Lion Leadership, an agency of coaches, consultants, and seminar facilitators that serve company owners looking to build dynamite leaders, high-performing teams, and cultures that retain top-talent.

In addition to work with Lion Leadership, Natasha teaches seminars for Fortune 500 directors and executives at Emory University’s Goizueta Business School and recently served 7 years as an award-winning faculty member at the University of Georgia.

Combining real world experience with her academic background, Dr. Ganem spent 6 years in the Department of Institutional Effectiveness at the Savannah College of Art and Design where she gained tactical experience needed to best advise her clients on how to intentionally design the agility needed to be successful in a creative, dynamic, and fast-paced organizations.

Natasha holds a Ph.D. in Sociology from Emory University with a specialization in emotion management, workplace authority, and conflict. Her most important credential, however, is the credential of Mom. Natasha is a mother to 3 children and is known to pull out pictures whether you are interested or not.
