Shawn Johnson is the “Strategist for Generational Inclusion”. She is an infectious Speaker, Trainer, and Consultant, whose passion is working with leaders to encourage inclusive collaboration between various generations. Her message is inspired by her own experience growing up in a four-generation family business. She is also inspired by her millennial children and their friends.

Shawn has worked in many industries including the steel industry, wholesale home and gift, healthcare, and several others. In 2019, she decided to pivot and pursue her passion for leadership development. She found it easy to connect with “emerging leaders” from younger generations. As a result, she began to research the ways each generation thinks about leadership.
