Latha Ravi is a Technology Entrepreneur.

She is the President of The Flying Locksmiths-South Atlanta – Georgia’s Premier Commercial Physical Security Company, providing risk mitigation, strategy, install and services to secure commercial buildings to unique business needs. She helps her business clients navigate the rapidly changing smart building security space. She and her team offer proactive security solutions to mitigate building’s security risks. Her business provides Consulting, installs, repairs, upgrades, maintenance, project management and more. Some of her clients include Property Managers, Schools, Logistics, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Worship and more.

She also offers C- Level Technology Advisory and Board Services – She is a certified Executive coach and coaches C- Level Executives and R&D Organizations on innovation and new product software design leadership.

Prior to her current business ventures, Latha has 25+ years leadership expertise in innovation, software, security, new product development and technology culminating in her serving as CTO and CIO for leading multi-billion-dollar Fortune 500 companies. She led and coached entrepreneurial global cross-cultural technical engineering and technology teams in the USA, Japan, Europe, India, Korea, and China.

She is known for being a transformative R&D leader and holds five patents. Her product design and innovation leadership experience spans multiple industries including IoT (Internet of Things), Security, Software, Technology, Automotive, Manufacturing. Her leadership has enabled profitable revenue growth with new technology for global companies like Ushr Inc, TE Connectivity, 3SI security systems, Panasonic, Ford, Whirlpool and startups and private equity.

She is one of the authors of book “Climb” by nonprofit “Women in Technology” and an active community leader and mentor. Latha believes in overall healthy living, enjoys practicing yoga and meditation and is a certified yoga teacher.
