Pearce Cucchissi served as a Ranger in the 75th Ranger Regiment, a US Army Special Operations unit. Throughout his deployments to Iraq, Syria, and Afghanistan, Cucchissi was in charge of a team of rangers and foreign special operations forces for training, performance, and mission success.

Pearce now runs a coaching and advisory company called Built To Evolve that works with Professional Athletes, Executives, and Entrepreneurs to increase health and performance, using modalities such as neuroscience, psychology, and physiology.
