Absolutely not! We find writings about mastermind groups throughout history. Greek philosophers and mathematicians would get together to discuss theories. Napoleon Hill talks about masterminds in his best-selling book "Think and Grow Rich." We know Benjamin Franklin had his Junto, a group of local businessmen and civic leaders that met weekly "to provide a structured form of mutual improvement." Henry Ford, Thomas Edison, Harvey Firestone and others met to share ideas and visions for the future.
Will There Be Homework?

Like everything else in life, you will get out of the Mastermind what you put into it. Each meeting will provide you unlimited ideas, solutions, and food for thought. What you DO what that is really up to you.
If you participate in the weekly Hot Seat session, you will receive multiple solutions to a problem you are experiencing in your business. You will set goals for yourself and commit to implementing the solutions by a specific date while the group holds you accountable for achieving the results.
